At Pretty in Puffin Pink, every order is carefully processed and shipped with love. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
To be eligible for a claim, the following conditions must be met:
- Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
- You must provide your order number
- You must include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item (and packaging, if applicable)
Claims submitted without the required information may not be reviewed.
Review Process
Once your claim is received, our team will carefully review the information provided. If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund,
at our discretion, depending on the situation and product availability.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
